E-Boutique

Welcome to E-Boutique. This creative enterprising group was formed independently in 2012 by a group of Y6 children and due to its ongoing popularity the business has continued to run successfully within school.

Links with local charity shops have meant that E-Boutique have been able to recycle and re-design jewellery, continue to be creative, resilient, sustainable and run a competent, profitable business.

Profits from our school business are shared out equally between school funds, local charities and local social enterprises such as Rotherham Food Bank.

This year we held a competition to design our logo name for E-Boutique. The winning entry was Crafty Hands at E-Boutique and you can see this above.

Pupils in Y6 are busy designing our new logo so watch this space over the coming weeks when the winner will be revealed.

E-Boutique News

Once again this year E-Boutique has been extremely successful in sustaining a profitable business. This has allowed us to maintain links with local businesses and support our chosen charities. Year 6 girls have shown amazing enterprising qualities such as creativity, resilience, fantastic teamwork, financial planning and excellent communication.

Before leaving St Mary's, to begin a new chapter in their lives at secondary school, our Year 6 girls wanted to create a video showcasing their talents and roles within their business. This promotional video was shown this week to Year 5, who are the potential new employees for E-Boutique.

Please click on the link here to view their creative promotional video.

Year 6 girls also researched specific job roles and created appropriate application forms relevant to their roles within the business e.g. Business Manager, Finance Manager and Marketing Manager.

Now Year 5 have viewed the promotional video they have been invited to apply for vacancies within our exciting business. The closing date for applications is Monday 21 September 2015. Successful applicants will be interviewed for the posts on Friday 25 September 2015 after which they will receive a telephone call home to confirm if they have been successful in securing their desired role.
